Laynie Smith

is a baker based in Boulder, Colorado.

I have been baking professionally for close to a decade, since my first-ever job at a bakery in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.

Upon moving to Boulder, I worked on the pastry team at Frasca Food & Wine, then moved on to run the pastry program at Boxcar Coffee for three years. Currently, you can find me making desserts & more with Meadow Lark Farm Dinners across various farms in Boulder County all summer long.
